follow the below step to create wp-blog.
step-1 : Open your browser and go to wordpress.com.
step-2 : Now, click on "Get Started" for new account,
you see, one fill-up form with email, password & blog address.
step-3 : Now, enter you blog address & check whether its available or not.
If available than fill the details and click on create blog free.
step-4 : Congrats, Your wordpress blog is now ready for posting.
now, start the posting and go ahead with your posts.....
